The CTEVT program accepts students that have passed either of these academic programs:
Secondary Education Examination (SEE)
School Leaving Certificate (SLC)
Other boards certified by Curriculum Development Center (CDC) as equivalent to (1) or (2) above.
The minimum academic merit needed to be eligible for application is as follows:

The application forms soon after the SEE result is published. Entrance exams are taken by CTEVT for regular (full-fee) and scholarship quotas. Applicants will have to sit in a separate exam for full scholarship. Students receive scholarships in following categories:
Full scholarship (4 students)
Merit scholarship (1 student)

During application and enrollment, the student must furnish verified photocopies of following documents along with 4 passport-size recently taken photos:
SEE or SLC certificates
Marks sheet
Birth certificate
Character certificate
